Bakalářská práce je věnována přehledu dostupných metod pro testování cytotoxicity in vitro. Využití buněčných linií při testování cytotoxicity a přehledu nejčastěji využívaných nádorových buněčných linií. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the overview of the available in vitro cytotoxicity testing methods. Use of cell lines for the cytotoxicity testing and there is a list of the most used tumor cell lines. The essay is also focused on monitoring cytotoxicity by real-time xCELLigence system and to compare the results obtained using xCELLigence system with classic cell proliferation measuring methods …more
