The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of tax havens and the motivation of entities to operate in these tax havens. The first part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the definition of tax havens, introducing the main important tax havens and their division. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou daňových rajov a motiváciou subjektov pôsobiť v týchto daňových rajoch. Prvá časť bakalárskej práce sa zameriava na definíciu daňových rajov, predstavením hlavných významných daňových rajov a ich delením.
