Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců v oddělení logistiky. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou zaměstnanci této společnosti spokojeni s procesem hodnocení a systémem odměňování na tomto oddělení, a navrhnout vhodné řešení, které by přispělo ke spokojenosti těchto pracovníků.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the evaluation and remuneration of employees in logistics department. The aim of this study is to determine whether the employees of the department are satisfied with the process of evaluation and with remuneration system in the department, and suggest appropriate solutions that would contribute to the satisfaction of these employees.
