Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika systému managementu cestovního ruchu ve vybrané zemi. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na system řízení cestovního ruchu Kazachstánu a na jeho specifika. Cílem práce je tedy provést analýzu systému řízení cestovního ruchu v Kazašské republice a porovnat ho se systémem řízením cestovního ruchu ve středoevropské zemi - České republice. Ke sběru informací k bakalářské práci byly použity jak sekundární zdroje, které zahrnují odbornou literaturu i tištěné a internetové zdroje, tak i primární zdroje – řízený rozhovor. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je teoretická. Jedná se hlavně o obecnou identifikaci odvětví cestovního ruchu a management cestovního ruchu. Kromě toho jsou zde definovány klíčové pojmy, jako je význam cestovního ruchu pro globální ekonomiku, jeho nabídka a poptávka a struktura řízení cestovního ruchu. Druhá část je analytická. Poskytuje přehled systému řízení cestovního ruchu dvou zemí: Republiky Kazachstán a České republiky. Třetí část obsahuje srovnání obou zemí a také návrh na zlepšení systému řízení cestovního ruchu v Kazašské republice na základě informací a poznatků získaných v analytické části práce.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of tourism management system of selected country. The bachelor thesis is aimed at the tourism management system of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its specifics. The goal of the work is to make research about the basic requirements and the value of how The Republic of Kazakhstan manages its tourism management and compare it with tourism management system in the Central-European country-Czech Republic. Secondary sources, such as professional literature, printed and internet sources as well as primary sources such as a guided interview, were used for the information collection for this bachelor thesis. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is a theoretical part. It is mainly focused on the general identification of the tourism industry and tourism management. In addition, there are defining key concepts like importance of tourism for the global economy, its' supply and demand and the structure of tourism management. The second part is analytical. It provides an overview of the Tourism Management System of two countries: The Republic of Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic. The third part provides a comparison of both countries as well as a proposal to the Republic of Kazakhstan for improvements of the management system of the country based on information and findings obtained in the analytical part of the work.
