Tématem této práce je zkrácené přípravné řízení trestní a zjednodušené řízení soudní. Zkrácené přípravné řízení si od roku 2002 zcela jistě našlo své plnohodnotné místo vedle trestního řízení standardního. Jeho nepochybně největší výhodou je právě krátké období, které uplyne od spáchání trestného činu do doby, než je pachatel postaven před soud a posléze potrestán. This work deals with the shorted preparatory criminal process and simplified proceeding. The shorted preparatory criminal process has found its own place beside the standard crime process in the Czech law system since 2002.
