Předmětem diplomové práce "Finanční arbitr a jiné obdobné instituty v zahraničí" je charakteristika institutu finančního arbitra v ČR a jeho právní úprava. Celá práce je rozdělena do devíti kapitol, které pojednávají o vzniku finančního arbitra, o novelizacích zákona o FA, o kompetencích, funkcích a struktuře kanceláře arbitra, dále o řízení před arbitrem a o rozhodnutích v něm vydávaných. The goal of the thesis "Financial arbiter of the Czech republic and other similar institutes abroad" is characteristic of the institute of financial arbiter in the Czech republic and his legal form.
