Ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. jakožto výrobním podniku jsou zahajovány a dlouhodobě vedeny projekty jak ve výrobě automobilů, tak při výstavbě nových hal či projekty týkající se zavádění a oprav výrobních linek, strojů. This thesis is focused on the project risk management.
