Recruitment and selection of new employees and their adaptation in a chosen organisation

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá náborem, výběrem a adaptací nových zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je zefektivnit nábor nových zaměstnanců a omezit jejich fluktuaci. V první části práce se zabývám teoretickým rámcem problematiky. Poté jsem si stanovil metodický postup šetření. Data jsem sbíral z podnikových dokumentů a metodou rozhovorů od zaměstnanců organizace. V praktické části práce jsem popsal organizaci a analyzoval jsem data získaná během výzkumného šetření. Na jeho základě jsem vypracoval popis pracovních míst a profil ideálního kandidáta na pracovní místo. Dále jsem vytvořil doporučení pro nábor zaměstnanců a jejich adaptaci. Popis pracovních míst, profil kandidáta a doporučení by měly usnadnit a zefektivnit výběr nových zaměstnanců a pomoci tak organizaci s jejím problémem.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on recruitment, selection and adaptation of new employees in a chosen organisation. My main goal was to make the whole recruitment process more effective and to reduce fluctuation of employees. In the beginning of the thesis I am concerned with the theoretical part. Then I set up a methodology. For my research I collected data from internal documentation and by interviewing the organization's employees. In the practical part of the thesis I began with the organization's description and analyzed the data taken from the research. Based on the research, I created job descriptions and a profile of the ideal employee. Furthermore, I leveraged the data to make recommendations for recruitment and adaptation of new employees. Job descriptions, the ideal candidate's profile and recommendations would simplify and streamline the whole process of recruitment.
