Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do šesti kapitol. V první kapitole se zabývám historií trestního práva a rozebírám jeho současnou právní úpravu v české právní legislativě. Ve druhé kapitole se věnuji základním zásadám trestního práva a třetí kapitola rozebírá trestný čin, jeho pojem, skutkovou podstatu a dělení trestných činů. The bachelor thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter deals with the history of criminal law and analyzes its current legislation of the Czech legal system. The second chapter is devoted to the fundamental principles of the criminal law, and the third section describes the criminal offence, its concept, the merits and classification of the crimes.
