Táto diplomová práca sa týka hlavného pojednávania v trestnom konaní. Najdôležitejšou úlohou práce je zhrnutie faktov a porovnania Českej a Slovenskej trestno procesnej úpravy predmetnej problematiky. Práca sa venuje hlavnému pojednávaniu všeobecne, ako aj hlavným zásadám uplatňovaným na hlavnom pojednávaní.
