Práce si klade za cíl podat ucelený přehled problematiky jednání za podnikatele a nastínit přetrvávající problematické otázky. Prvotně se zabývá vymezením pojmů fyzické a právnické osoby jako podnikatelských subjektů a způsobům jejich jednání. The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the issue of legal representation of entrepreneur and to outline the remaining problematic issues. Firstly it deals with the definition of the concepts of natural and legal persons as business entities and the methods of their actions.
