Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vznik a zánik manželství v ČSR do roku 1945, a to zejména s ohledem na historický vývoj manželského, respektive rodinného práva. Úvodní kapitoly práce jsou věnovány značnému vlivu římského práva, které bylo recipováno zejména prostřednictvím práva kanonického. The diploma thesis is focused on the origin and demise of marriage in the Czechoslovak Republic until 1945, especially with regard to the historical development of matrimonial and family law. The opening chapters of the work are devoted to the significant influence of Roman law, which was received mainly through canon law.
