Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou výukové opory pro předmět Potraviny a nápoje pro 1. ročník oboru Kuchař-číšník pro pohostinství. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán obor Kuchař-číšník, dále se zabývá významem a tvorbou výukové opory. The diploma thesis deals with the creation of educational support for the subject Food and Beverages 1st year of the Chef-Waiter field for Hospitality industry. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical.
