Diplomová práce s názvem Dědická nezpůsobilost, se zaměřuje na problematiku institutu dědické nezpůsobilosti, optikou občanského zákoníku. The master's thesis entitled "Hereditary Incapacity" focuses on the issue of hereditary incapacity through the lens of the Civil Code. The thesis is divided into individual chapters, where the general foundation is gradually explained, followed by a summary of the historical development of the institution of hereditary incapacity.
