Communication Strategy of Allowance Organization

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout soubor manažerských doporučení zaměřených na komunikační strategii příspěvkové organizaci Kulturní dům Kopřivnice. Výsledný návrh reflektuje poznatky získané teoretickou rešerší literatury související s organizacemi veřejného sektoru, principy řízení a komuni-kací. Ze získaných poznatků vychází analytická část obsahující analýzu současné externí komunikace, situační analýzu a SWOT analýzu. Výstupy teoretické a analytické části jsou základem navržených manažerských doporučení, zároveň jsou zohledněny reálné možnosti organizace. Zmíněnými postupy bylo docíleno možnosti reálného využití manažerských doporučení.

Abstract:

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to design a set of managerial recommendations focused on the communication strategy of the allowance organization Kulturní dům Kopřivnice. The resulting proposal reflects the knowledge gained from the theoretical literature search related to public sector organizations, management principles and communications. The analytical part containing the analysis of current external communication, situation analysis and SWOT analysis is based on the acquired knowledge. The outputs of the theoretical and analytical part are the basis of the proposed management recommendations, at the same time the real possibilities of the organization are taken into account. Through the mentioned procedures, the possibility of real use of managerial recommendations was achieved.
