Law Aspects Regarding Removing Buildings
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá právními aspekty odstraňování staveb. Obsahuje popis a rozbor právní úpravy a jednotlivých typů řízení o odstraňování staveb včetně občanskoprávního řízení. V práci jsou též uvedeny sankce za porušení povinností. Práce je rozdělena na osm částí včetně úvodu a závěru.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on law aspects regarding removing buildings. It contains the description and the analyses of legal regulation and of individual types of the procedures of the removal of buildings including civil suit. The thesis also deals with breaking the law and sanctions for it. The thesis is divided into eight sections, including introduction and conclusion.
