Corporate training-effective management tool
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky firemního vzdělávání analyzovat stávajícího stav firemního vzdělávání ve firmě XY a navrhnout zlepšení systému firemního vzdělávání jako účinného nástroje řízení této firmy. Efektivita stávajícího vzdělávacího systému je analyzována na základě dotazníkového šetření a jeho vyhodnocení.
Abstract:
The aim od this thesis is analyze current company education in company XY based on theoretical basis of company education and design better company educational system as an effective tool of company management of this particular company. Effectiveness of current educational system is analized based on questionnare and its evaluation.
