Financial analysis and financial plan of the company Skanska Reality a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace podniku Skanska Reality a.s. v letech 2014–2018 pomocí finanční analýzy a nastínit vývoj podniku ve finančním plánu pro následující účetní období. Dalším účelem této práce je porovnat finanční situaci s vybranými konkurenty z odvětví. První část, teoretická, popisuje vybrané finanční ukazatele, postupy a modely a je východiskem pro druhou část, analytickou, která zahrnuje horizontální a vertikální analýzu, poměrové ukazatele a bonitního a bankrotního model.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate a financial situation of Skanska Reality a.s. for period 2014–2018 by using external financial analysis and to outline its development in a financial plan for the following accounting period. Moreover, this bachelor thesis is ought to compare financial situation of Skanska Reality a.s. with chosen competitors in the branch. The first part of the bachelor thesis, which consist of methodological part, describes all the significant financial indicators, methods and models. On top of that, the methodological part supports and gives an instruction for the second part, the analytical part, which include horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indicators, creditworthy and bankruptcy models.
