The thesis defines the concept of terrorism and presents the criminal law of terrorism in the Czech Republic. The first part deals thoroughly with concept of terrorism, including its typology. It represents Islamist terrorism from the point of view of mass murderers or organizations and their greatest mass acts, and from the point of view of terrorist attack.
