Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Informační systém městského úřadu Kojetín" se zabývá možnostmi modulů informačního systému městského úřadu, jeho jednotlivých agend a odborů. Jakožto prostředek digitalizace administrativních úkonů usnadňuje činnosti pracovníkům a občanům. Přináší úsporu času a umožňuje mnohem lepší kontrolu jednotlivých odvětví, kterými se úřad v rámci své činnosti zabývá. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení aktuální implementace informačních technologií Městského úřadu Kojetín. Analytická část práce řeší možnost mobilního přístupu a propojení s portálem občana, kde je poukázáno na srovnání s informačními systémy ostatních obcí s využitím vybraných kritérií a požadavků obyvatel zjištěných dotazníkovým šetřením. Z těchto údajů a na základě požadavků a potřeb městského úřadu a občanů města Kojetín je proveden návrh k možné inovaci. Samotný návrh vychází ze změn probíhající v této oblasti na městském úřadu v posledních letech.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "Information system of the municipal office Kojetín" follows up the modules possibilities in the information system of the municipal office, its individual agendas and departments. As a means of digitizing administrative tasks it facilitates the activities of workers and citizens. It saves time and allows much better control of individual sectors, which the office deals within the course of its activities. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of current implementation of information technologies of the municipal office Kojetín. The analytical part addresses the possibility of mobile access and connection with the citizen's portal, which points to a comparison with information systems of other municipalities using selected criteria and population requirements identified by a questionnaire survey. From these data and the requirements and needs of the municipal office and the citizens of the city Kojetín a proposal for possible innovation is made. The proposal itself is based on the changes taking place in this area at the municipal office in recent years.
