The state land property
Abstract:
Tématem mé práce bylo státní pozemkové vlastnictví – právní stav u nás na začátku roku 1990, vývoj jeho právní regulace v následujícím období až do současnosti, vymezení státu jako pozemkového vlastníka, vymezení postavení dalších subjektů vykonávajících vlastnická oprávnění státu, nakládání s vlastnictvím státu.
Abstract:
The topic of my work has been the onwnership of land by the state – the legal situation in Czechoslovakia in early 1990, developments in legal regulation in the subsequent period up to the present, the definition of the status of the state as land owner, the definition of the status of other entities exercising proprietary rights of the state, and disposal with property of the state.
