Abstract:

Šikana na pracovišti je závažným, přesto stále tabuizovaným tématem. Cílem této práce je zmapovat výskyt a projevy šikany na pracovišti a následné dopady na osobní a profesní život dotčených zaměstnanců a zároveň navrhnout vhodný systém opatření pro prevenci vzniku a rozvoje patologických vztahů na pracovišti. Pro naplnění cíle byl zvoleny kvalitativní i kvantitativní metody výzkumu. V první řadě bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření, jehož se účastnilo 338 respondentů, dále proběhly dva hloubkové rozhovory s oběťmi bossingu ze sektoru výrobu a služeb (nejvíce zasažené sektory). Poslední metodou byla případová studie na bázi best practise v prostředí podniku působícího v sektoru výroby. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že osobní zkušenosti s šikanou na pracovišti má 28,4 % zaměstnanců. Tato zkušenost se odráží na zdraví, osobním životě i kariéře dotčených zaměstnanců. Pracovní šikana s sebou přináší i dopady na klima a výkonnost podniku, ale má negativní dopady na jméno a pověst podniku. Základem prevence je etické a společensky odpovědné řízení podniku a naslouchání podnětům zaměstnanců. Hlavním přínosem práce je přispění k detabuizaci bossingu, mobbingu a staffingu. V dané problematice by bylo vhodné se dále zaměřit na konkrétní možnosti pomoci dotčeným obětem i podnikům.

Abstract:

Workplace bullying is a serious still taboo topic, yet. This work is to map the occurrence and manifestations of bullying in the workplace and the subsequent effects on the personal and professional life of the employees concerned and at the same time to propose a suitable system of measures to prevent the emergence and development of pathological relationships in the workplace. Qualitative and quantitative research methods were chosen to fulfill the objectives. First of all, a questionnaire survey was used, in which 338 respondents participated, and two interviews were conducted with victims of bossing from the production and service sectors (the most affected sectors). The last method was a case study based on the best practice in the environment of a company operating in the production sector. The research showed that 28,4 % of employees have a personal experience of bullying in the workplace. This experience will affect the health, personal life, and career of the employees concerned. Workplace bullying also has impacts on the climate and performance of the company, but it also has negative effects on the company´s name and reputation. The basis of prevention is the ethical and socially responsible management of the company and the promotion of employee initiatives. The main benefit of the work is the contribution to de-tabooing bossing, mobbing, and staffing. In the issue, it would be appropriate to further focus on specific possibilities to help the affected victims and businesses.
