Tato diplomová práce analyzuje a následně porovnává gender pay gap v České republice a Rakousku mezi pěti věkovými skupinami: pod 25 let, 25-34 let, 35-44 let, 45-54 let a 55–64 let. Abstract:
This thesis analyzes and subsequently compares the gender pay gap in the Czech Republic and Austria among five age groups: under 25 years, 25-34 years, 35-44 years, 45-54 years, and 55–64 years. The main goal of the thesis is to explore how the gender pay gap varies across these age categories and to identify factors that influence these differences.
