V diplomové práci se autor zaměří na problematiku předběžných otázek v trestním řízení. Tato problematika bude nejdříve teoreticky uvedena. Abstract:
In this thesis, the author focuses on the issue of preliminary questions in criminal procee-dings. First of all, the theory of the issue will be briefly introduced. Various types of preli-minary questions will be characterized and their specifics will be put forth.
