Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikace hybných sil a bariér pro implementaci komunikace pomocí datových stránek do vybraných procesů české správy sociálního zabezpečení (dále ČSSZ), včetně identifikace potencionálních nákladů a benefitů.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the driving forces and barriers for the implementation of communication using data pages into selected processes of the Czech Social Security Administration (hereinafter referred to as CSSA), including the identification of potential costs and benefits.
