Application for Mobil Phones with Usage in Financial Administration

Abstract:

Mobilní aplikace pro Finanční správu byla předmětem mé bakalářské práce, v rámci které jsem ji navrhl pro fungování v off-line režimu. Za dobu od odevzdání mé bakalářské práce se výrazně zvýšila obliba mobilních telefonů s datovým tarifem a stále více uživatelů mobilních telefonů upřednostňuje aplikace s aktuálními daty fungující on-line. Předmětem této diplomové práce je vývoj nové verze aplikace pro telefony s operačním systémem iOS a doplnění stávající aplikace pro Android a Windows Phone o nové funkce. Součástí této diplomové práce je i řešení on-line komunikace mezi mobilní aplikací a technickým vybavením provozovatele. Vybrané funkce si vyžádaly rozšíření stávajícího programu pro správu a vývoj nové pomocné webové aplikace, která má za úkol vyřizovat požadavky mobilní aplikace a zároveň zajistit komunikaci s databázovým serverem. Textová část diplomové práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní tematické okruhy. První okruh je zaměřen na obecný úvod do problematiky elektronizace české státní správy včetně několika zahraničních ukázek. Cílem druhého okruhu je popis programové koncepce a detailní rozbor některých zajímavých metod využitých při implementaci. Úkolem třetího okruhu je seznámit s návrhem programu a aplikací. Součástí třetího okruhu je popis uživatelského rozhraní.

Abstract:

The mobile application for the Financial Administration was subject of my bachelor´s thesis, in which I have implemented it for offline regime. The popularity of the mobile phones with the data tariff has increased since the time of elaborating of my bachelor ´s thesis and now more and more mobile phones users prefer the applications with the current data functioning online. The subject of this diploma thesis is development of new version of the mobile application for the phones with the operating systems iOS and the completion of the current application for Android and Windows Phone for the additional functions. The part of this diploma thesis is solution of online communication between the mobile application and hardware of the operator. Some functions require enlargement of the current program for the administration of data and the implementation of new help web application, task of which is to deal with the requirements of the mobile application and simultaneously ensure the communication with the database server. The text part of diploma thesis is divided into three main topics. The first one concentrates on the introduction to the electrisation of state administration including the foreign specimen. The aim of the second one is characteristic of the program conception and the detail analyze of some interested methods used by the implementation. The task of third topic is the introduction with the suggestion of the program and application. The part of the third topic is the characteristic of the user interface.
