Testing of motor abilities in Freestyle MTB
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním pohybových schopností mládeže ve věku 14-16 let provozujících Freestyle MTB. Testování proběhlo pomocí testové baterie UNIFITTEST (6-60)na konci přípravného období. Výsledky testů byly porovnány s populačními standardy a vyhodnoceny na základě dosažených výsledků.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with testing of motor abilities of Freestyle MTB athletes at age from 14 to 16. Testing took place at the end of preparatory period by using UNIFITTEST (6-60). The test results were compared with population standards and evaluated on the basis of results achieved.
