Aspects of life satisfaction of secondary school teachers in the region of Moravia

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aspekty životní spokojeností učitelů středních škol v regionu Moravy. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy životní spokojenost, osobní pohoda, kvalita života a také fakto-ry, které životní spokojenost determinují (osobnost, zdraví, práce a volný čas, sociální vzta-hy, finanční situace, bydlení, atd.). Samostatná kapitola je věnována specifikům povolání učitele. Praktická část je založena na empirickém výzkumu s využitím dotazníku. Výzkum-ným prostředkem je standardizovaný Dotazník životní spokojenosti autorů Jochen Fa-hrenberg, Michael Myrtek, Jörg Schumacher a Elmar Brähler. Dotazováni byli učitelé středních škol v oblasti Moravy. Cílem práce je posoudit životní spokojenost této skupiny učitelů a identifikovat vliv nejvýznamnějších faktorů. V závěrečné části je provedena stručná rekapitulace výsledků a jsou definována doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the aspects of life satisfaction of secondary school teachers in the region of Moravia. The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part are defined terms life satisfaction, personal well-being, quality of life and so factors life of satisfaction determine (personality, health, work and free time, social rela-tionship, financial situation, housing etc.). The specifics of the teacher's profession is dedi-cated separate chapter. The practical part this thesis based on empirical research by standar-dised life satisfaction questionnaire of authors Jochen Fahrenberg, Michael Myrtek, Jörg Schumacher and Elmar Brähler. The respondents were teachers of secondary schools in the region of Moravia. Aim of thesis is to detect life satisfaction this group of teachers and the most significant factors pinpoint. In the concluding section is made brief recap of results and recommendations for practice. In the closing part is performed recapitulation of results and are defined recommendations for practice.
