Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na fyziologické i patofyziologické procesy spojené s abusem alkoholu. Je zde věnovaná kapitola důležitým biomarkerům abusu alkoholu, které jsou klíčové pro diagnos-tiku problémů spojených s konzumací alkoholu. Dále jsem se věnovala především labora-torní diagnostice. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on physiological and pathophysiological processes associated with alcohol abuse. There is a chapter devoted to important biomarkers of alcohol abuse, which are important for diagnosis of problems associated with alcohol consumption.
