Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na identifikaci plýtvání a návrh možnosti eliminace plýtvání ve vybrané firmě. Cílem této práce je analyzovat vybrané pracoviště a navrhnout nápravná opatření. V rámci řešení bylo použito metod průmyslového inženýrství a byla použita metoda procesní analýzy, snímku pracovního dne, špagetového diagramu a rozhovor. Podstatou řešení bylo nalézt plýtvání. This bachelor thesis is focused on identification of waste and suggestion of elimination of waste in selected company. The aim of this work is to analyze the selected workplace and propose corrective measures.
