Cell nuclei segmentation in confocal microscope images
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na segmentaci biologických dat z laboratoře CBIA. Pro tuto práci byla vybrána segmentační metoda Active Mask Segmentation of Fluorescence Microscope Images. Původní algoritmus byl autory naimplementován v Matlabu, v diplomové práci byl naprogramován v C++. Algoritmus v C++ významně urychlil výpočet.
Abstract:
Thesis is dealing with segmentation of biologic images from CBIA laboratory. Active Mask Active Mask Segmentation of Fluorescence Microscope Images method was chosen for this work. Algorithm was originally implemented in Matlab, however C++ was used for this implementation. C++ significantly increased the speed of this algorithm.
