Detection of early-specific antibodies in the course of intracellular \kur{Francisella tularensis} infection in mice
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá detekcí protilátkových klonů a identifikací imunoreaktivních proteinů intracelulární bakterie Francisella tularensis. Byla provedena separace proteinů pomocí dvojrozměrné SDS-PAGE elektroforézy a detekce pomocí imunních myších sér. Bakteriální proteiny z gelu byly vybrány pro analýzu technikou MALDI TOF/TOF hmotnostní spektrometrie.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the detection of antibody clones and identification of immunoreactive proteins of intracellular bacterium Francisella tularensis. Protein separation was performed using two-dimensional SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and detection by immune mouse sera. Bacterial proteins were selected for MALDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometry analysis technique from the gel.
