Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečností potravin: ochrany lidí a zvířat. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části práce pojednává o bezpečnosti potravin, označování potravin, ochranných látkách v potravinách, a krmných aditivech. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of food safety: the protection of humans and animals. The work consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is about food safety, food labeling, and preservatives in food and feed additives.
