Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá teorií her v ekonomické rovině. Teorie her a porozumění elementárním redistribučním systémům pomůže utřídit faktory pro vytváření koalic při řešení konfliktů i rozhodovacích situací v managementu. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě popisu modelů teorie her navrhnout jejich využití k nalezení vhodné strategie za účelem získat posílení postavení na daném trhu.

The diploma thesis deals with the theory of games in the economic level. Game theory and understanding of elementary redistribution systems will help to classify the factors for the formation of coalitions in resolving conflicts and decision-making situations in management.
