Using of Azure DevOps to create BI solution for manufacturing business

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou aplikace Azure DevOps. Cílem práce je analyzovat funkcionality na ukázkových příkladech. Jednotlivé komponenty jsou vybírány tak, aby dodávaly specifické možnosti do vývoje řešení business intelligence. Dalším cílem bakalářské práce je konečné shrnutí efektů, které s využíváním tohoto nástroje přicházejí. Přínos vypracování této práce spočívá především ve vytvoření analytického dokumentu, který čtenáře provede jednotlivými částmi aplikace. Tato práce může později sloužit jako podklad pro další uživatele, kteří chtějí nástroj využívat pro svá řešení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. V první teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na definici oblasti business intelligence, agilních metodik a charakteristikou využívaných programů a technologií. Po obecném vymezení scénářů řízení podniku a IT se práce v druhé praktické části přesouvá k samotné analýze aplikace a jejích funkcionalit. V závěru jsou shrnuty zásadní efekty spojené s využíváním této aplikace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis involves evaluating of a modern application called Azure DevOps. The aim is to analyse functionalities by way of examples. Choosing specified components are used as opportunities for the development of a resolution of Business Intelligence. Furthermore, the thesis includes the effects which gain with use of the application. Creating this paper is seeking opportunities for an introduction of parts of the app. Moreover, it could be used as a base for other users. Firstly, there are explained the theoretical bases and definitions of Business Intelligence, Agile methods and characterized chosen programs and technologies. After a general definition of business management and IT scenarios, the thesis gives an analysis of the app and its functions. Lastly, the paper concludes the effects including the use of the app.
