Kapilární elektroforéza je velmi účinná a citlivá analytická metoda. Mezi její výhody patří vysoká účinnost separace, nízká spotřeba analytů a nízká produkce odpadu. Při práci s kapilární elektroforézou lze využít několik typů detekcí. Capillary electrophoresis is very efficient and sensitive analytical method. Its advantages include high separation efficiency, low analyte consumption and low production of waste. With usage of capillary electrophoresis are available several types of detections.
