Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je racionalizace logistických aktivit ve společnosti Delta s.r.o. V první části jsou uvedena teoretická východiska zaměřující se na pojmy logistika, zásobovací a výrobní logistika, hodnototvorný řetězec, materiálový tok a systém řízení kvality. Druhá část je věnována analýze současného stavu společnosti. Zde je charakterizován podnik, jeho organizační struktura a portfolio výrobků. Jsou zde znázorněny výrobní prostory a stanoven primární produkt pro následující analýzu. U zvoleného produktu je zjištěn hlavní problém (spolehlivost výrobního procesu), pro který je vytvořen diagram příčin a následků identifikující příčiny. Následně jsou z nich Paretovou analýzou vybrány nadbytečné pohyby, které se týkají přemisťování položek ve výrobní hale. Na základě toho probíhá analýza materiálových toků, na kterou se využívá Sankeyův diagram a metoda CRAFT. Z výsledků analyzovaných dat o současném stavu je trojúhelníkovou metodou navrženo nové rozložení pracovišť. Efektivita navrhovaného řešení je ekonomicky porovnána s původním stavem.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the rationalization behind the logistic activities within the Delta s.r.o. company. The first section introduces the theoretical basis, focusing on the concept of logistics, supply and production, value chain, material flow and quality management system. The second section concentrates on the analysis the current state of the company. Within this section, the company is outlined, as well as its organizational structure and product portfolio. The facilities for production are therein shown, and the primary product for the following analysis is determined. The main problem (the reliability of the production process) is identified for the selected product, for which a diagram outlining the causes and effects is created. Subsequently, a Pareto analysis detects any inessential movement relating to the relocation of items in the production hall. Based on this, a material flow analysis is carried out, for which the Sankey diagram and the CRAFT methods are used. From the results of the analysed data, a new layout for the workplace is proposed through the triangular method. The effectiveness of the proposed solution is then economically compared with the original state.
