Cílem této diplomové práce je objasnění postavení a úlohy soudních znalců z oboru psychologie a psychiatrie v trestním řízení (resp. v procesu dokazování), nastínění obsahu jejich činnosti a zhodnocení právní úpravy. The aim of this diploma thesis is to clarify the position and the role of psychology and psychiatry expert witnesses in criminal proceedings (in the process of proving), outline the content of their activities and assess the legal regulation.
