Policy of the Ústí nad Labem Region focused on the target group of people with addictive behaviour during 2008 - 2021.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na politiku Ústeckého kraje, která se věnuje cílové skupině osob se závislostí v období 2008-2021. Pomocí analýzy dokumentů kraje sleduje vývoj této politiky a služeb, které s cílovou skupinou osob se závislostí pracují. Pozornost je věnována také volebním programům politických subjektů, které byly ve sledovaném období voleny do zastupitelstva kraje, přičemž je aplikována teorie sociální konstrukce cílových populací.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the policy of the Ústí nad Labem Region, which deals with the target group of people with addiction in the period 2008-2021. Through the analysis of regional documents, it monitors the development of this policy and the services that work with the target group of people with addiction. Attention is also paid to the electoral programmes of the political entities that were elected to the county council in the period under review, applying the theory of social construction of target populations.
