This thesis is focused on characteristics of securities, especially bonds. Furthermore, it’s focused on one specific group of bonds, so called government bonds. Main part of the thesis deals with emission of government bonds since the beginning of independent Czech Republic, i.e. the early 90s of the 20th century.
