Euthanasia in Our Law
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena zejména na podchycení euthanasie v českém právním řádu. Nicméně i velký úsek je věnován samotnému pojmu eutanázie, jejich druhů, historie a příklady osob, které si zvolily euthanasii. Práci uzavírá vlastní výzkum uskutečněný formou anonymního dotazníku.
Abstract:
Work is focused on tapping euthanasia in the Czech republic legal order. However, a large part of this work is devoted to the concept of euthanasia, their nature and history. The work concludes own research, carried out by means of an anonymous questionnaire.
