Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hospodářskou kriminalitou, se zaměřením na úvěrové a pojistné podvody. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení těch oblastí pojistných a úvěrových podvodů, které jsou aktuálně rozšířené a společensky nebezpečné. This diploma thesis deals with economic crime, focusing on credit and insurance frauds. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the areas of insurance and credit fraud, which are currently widespread and socially dangerous.
