Busines plan - expansion of business activities

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podnikatelský záměr. Cílem práce je popis a rozbor částí podnikatelského plánu při jeho sestavování. V teoretické části provedu shrnutí a charakteristiku podnikatelského plánu a následně budu popisovat jednotlivé části, které má podnikatelský plán obsahovat. V praktické části se budu zabývat sestavením podnikatelského plánu z dostupných dokumentů již existujícího podniku. V úvodu této práce budu charakterizovat podnik a jeho záměr. Podnikatelský plán bude obsahovat všechny potřebné informace, avšak hlavním tématem plánu bude marketingová a finanční analýza.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the business plan. The aim of this thesis is a description and analysis the parts of the business plan when its formation. In the theoretical part I make a summary and characteristics of the business plan and then I will describe the individual parts, which are included in a business plan. In the practical part I will consider drawing up a business plan of the available documents to an existing company. In the introduction I will characterize company and its intention. The business plan will contain all necessary information, but the main theme of the plan will be the marketing and financial analysis.
