Family adaptation to post-divorce situation

Abstract:

Tématem předložené bakalářské práce je adaptace rodiny na porozvodovou situaci. Cílem této práce je porozumět strategiím, které poukazují, jak se rozvedení členové rodin vyrovnávají s porozvodovou situací. Práce sestává z teoretické a empirické části. V teoretické části jsou představeny proměny rodiny v kontextu sociálně-demografických ukazatelů. V této souvislosti jsou následně popsány procesy a zdroje porozvodové adaptace. Empirická část je zaměřena na strategie vyrovnávání se s důsledky po rozvodu. Blíže jsou zde charakterizovány použité kvalitativní metody včetně výzkumného zaměření a průběhu vlastního kvalitativního výzkumu.

Abstract:

The topic of the submitted bachelor thesis is family adaptation to post-divorce. The aim of the thesis is to understand the strategies that show the way family members cope with post-divorce situation. The thesis is made up of two parts - theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, there are introduced transformations of family in the context of socio-demographic indicators, followed by the description of processes and sources of post-divorce adaptation. The empirical part is largely focused on the coping strategies for dealing with the consequences of divorce. The empirical part also consists of the qualitative methods, including the investigative research and the course of my own qualitative research, that are characterized in more detail.
