Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení konkrétní finanční situace ve společnosti XYZ, s.r.o. pomocí nástrojů controllingu. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu controlling, jeho členěním, nástroji a úkoly. Bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of specific financial situation in the company XYZ, s.r.o. using controlling tools.
