Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kárné odpovědnosti ve státní službě v režimu zákona č. 234/2014 Sb., o státní službě, za současné komparace v něm obsažené právní úpravy s úpravou dle zákona č. 221/1999 Sb., o vojácích z povolání, a zákona č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of disciplinary liability in civil service on the basis of the legislation according to the Civil Service Act (No. 234/2014 of the Legal Code) which is being herein compared to the legislation contained in the Military Personnel Act (No. 221/1999 of the Legal Code) and the Service Relationship of Security Forces Members Act (No. 361/2003 of the Legal Code). …more
