Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat podnikatelský záměr, který se zabývá založením nového hostince „U Bajerů“. Dílčím cílem práce je zjistit, zda daný podnik je životaschopný, realistický, a konkurenceschopný ve svém oboru. Podnikatelský záměr zahrnuje analýzu trhu, marketingový plán i finanční plán, jehož příjmy jsou sestaveny na základě marketingového průzkumu prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. V práci jsou kalkulované veškeré výdaje vynaložené pro zahájení podnikání i jeho běžného fungování. Bakalářská práce je tvořena ze tří částí, kde teoretická část je opěrným pilířem pro finální podobu a zpracování praktické části, poslední návrhová část popíše budoucí formulaci ideálního stavu hostince.

Abstract:

The main goal of the bachelor`s thesis is to develop a business plan, which deals with the establishment of a new inn „U Bajerů“. The partial goal of the thesis is to find out whether the given company is viable, realistic amd competitive in its field. The business plan includes a market analysis, a marketing plan and a financial plan, the income of which is compiled on the basis of a marketing survey through a questionnaire survey. The work calculates all the expenses incurred for starting a business and its normal operation. The bachelor thesis consists of three parts, where the theoretical part is a mainstay for the final form and elaboration of the practical part, the last design part decribes the future formulation of the ideal state of the inn.
