The instruments of the social system in the context of motivation of the unemployed during job search

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a na otázku motivace dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných vstoupit zpátky na pracovní trh. Teoretická část je věnována objasnění základních pojmů, jako je nezaměstnanost, trh práce, motivace k práci a sociální systém, dále nastavení veličin minimální mzdy a životního minima. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce je kvalitativního charakteru a zaměřuje se na specifikaci nejdůležitějších faktorů, které ovlivňují motivaci dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných hledat si novou práci a na otázku jakou roli při tom sehrávají nástroje sociálního systému.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is a problem of long term unemployment and the question of motivation for people in the long term jobless to enter back the labour market. The theory was taken specifically for explanation of notions such as unemployment, labour market, motivation to work, social system and furthermore, the setting for minimum wage and basic income. Practical part of the bachelor´s thesis is in qualitative character aimed at specification the most important factors, which are affecting motivation of people in the long term jobless to look for work, as well as the question of social system instruments in that point of view was solved.
