Abstract:

Obsahem diplomové práce jsou v teoretické části s ohledem na absenci české literatury pojmy a definice klasické teorie her, stručně historie a soudobé trendy. Následují kapitoly o problematice metodologie vědy a dokazování v ekonomii. Zde pro názornost uvádím i komparaci různých typů důkazů v různých vědních disciplínách. Tyto kapitoly slouží jako odrazový můstek pro argumentaci v části aplikační. Mezi odborníky se vedou diskuse o tom, jak a kde lze teorii her aplikovat a zda je to možné např. v podnikové praxi. Aplikační část je zaměřená na argumenty podporující tvrzení, že teorii her aplikovat lze. To lze demonstrovat také na využití teorie redistribučních systémů (dále jen TRS). Ta představuje původní směr teorie her se vznikem na VŠFS, kde je předmětem výzkumné činnosti. Uvádím vlastní texty k TRS, které byly v souvislosti s výzkumem již publikovány. Aby bylo možné argumentovat ve prospěch aplikovatelnosti teorie her, tak je nutné vysvětlit další pojmy a to nad rámec jejich prosté definice. Jedná se např. o pojem rovnováhy a jejích typů, meziorganizační migraci, role kooperace. V závěru shrnuji předchozí argumentaci a navrhuji další směr vývoje TRS – a to jak základního výzkumu, tak i využití v praxi.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of my diploma work (with regard to the absence of the relevant literature in the Czech language) deals with concepts and definitions of classical game theories, brief history and contemporary trends. Chapters on methodology of science and evidence in the economics follow. For better understanding I also give comparison of different types of evidence in various science disciplines. These chapters serve as a starting point for argumentation in the application part. Among specialists there are discussions about how and where to apply the game theory and if it is applicable e.g. in enterprise. The application part is focused on arguments supporting statements saying that game theory could be applied. This could be demonstrated also on utilization of theory of redistribution systems. It represents the primary course of the game theory originated at VSFS where it is a subject of research. I give texts related to the theory of redistribution system that have been already published in connection with the research. To be able to give arguments for the benefit of applicability of the game theory it is necessary to explain the following terms above their usual definition. It relates e.g. to the concept of equilibrium and its types, interorganization migration, the role of cooperation. In the conclusion I summarize the argumentation given above and propose another course of development of the theory of redistribution systems – either basic research or its utility in the working life.
