Diplomová práce je zaměřena na jeden z aktuálních problémů – Diskriminace z důvodu věku v zaměstnání. Úvodní část práce se zabývá základními pojmy vztahujícími se k tématu a též právní úpravou (zejména unijní a vnitrostátní). The thesis is focused on one of the current problems – Discrimination based on Age in Employment. The introductory part deals with basic concepts related to the topic and also legislation (mainly EU and national).
